Shipping and Transit Information

We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-5 business days.

Expedited shipping is currently not offered through

Exchange Policies

Through our website, C3 Brands (Bobby Jones and Sunice) wants you to be pleased with your gift experience. Items that are unworn and unaltered may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value within 90 days of receipt.

Use our Easy Return Label:  Click here to download an exchange form to include in your package.

  • Click above to print a Return Label. Your order number can be found on the My Account page. If you need help, please call Customer Service at 1.888.776.0076.
  • Please apply the label to your return package and drop off at any authorized UPS location.
  • If you need another Prepaid Return Label, please call Customer Service at 1-888-776-0076, or email us at
  • If you choose not to use the Prepaid Return Label, please send the package using the shipper of your choice and ship to:

  • Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process exchanges.

    If your original order was less than the value of the promotion code, your exchange order will be shipped without any need for additional billing or credits.  If your original order was paid for by the promotion code and a credit card, then we will credit your credit card for the returned item; and we will email you an invoice for any amount over the value of the promotion code.  We do not keep credit card information on file.
