When a given color and size combination is out of stock, but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers the option to “backorder” the item. This basically reserves the item for you.

As soon as it becomes available, we will ship your backordered item free of charge.  (Don’t worry, all in stock items on your order will ship right away.) And if you decide to cancel - no problem - because you are not charged for the backordered item until it ships.

We try our best to provide an accurate estimate for availability of backordered items at the time you place your order. (If a date was not provided then we expect to receive the item within 30 days.) In most cases you can expect delivery 7-10 business days after the “Available” date listed. Occasionally, however, that date changes due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays.

We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard domestic delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-5 business days.  Standard domestic ground delivery is free of charge with all C3gifts.com orders.

Currently, we are not shipping internationally.

At Bobby Jones, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales.
